Important Info Regarding League Start Dates and Groups

Here is some important information regarding the start dates for this years Metro Minor Ball Hockey League.

The week of May 31 will see us begin on floor activities at the Feildian Gardens. For the first two weeks we will use a combination of practices and scrimmages to help select teams for season. The schedule for these sessions for the first two weeks will be posted here on this website as a news item on May 28!!

Once teams are selected players will be placed onto an appropriate team and the game schedules will be done for all teams for the remainder of the year. The first week of August is the playoffs for all divisions.

Players are reminded that proper hockey sticks must be used (no plastic blades) and gloves, shin pads (ball hockey or soccer style) and helmets with full face mask are mandatory!! Players will not be allowed on the floor without mandatory equipment!!

We are still looking for goaltenders especially in the U15 division!! The deadline to register is May 25 but we will extend to May 27 if space permits!!
